A few weeks ago, my cousins Christina and Craig, along with their significant others, Mike and Kim, came to visit us in Denver. Having grown up as our next door neighbors, Craig and Christina are sort of like extended siblings to Bri and me.
While their skiing experience is limited, they decided to hit the Colorado slopes. The Hutchinsons took the clan up to Vail on Friday and after several hours of falling and getting back up (along with a few cocktails), they decided to head up to the top. However, as Mike was getting off the lift, he fell backwards and broke his ankle! Luckily, he is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met and despite the fact that he hobbled around on crutches the rest of the weekend, he still managed to have a great time.
Friday night we took it easy and ate dinner at our place. Saturday we brunched at Snooze and decided to explore the zoo. I’d write more on that but the pictures say much more than words. Saturday night we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Vesta Dipping Grill and a cocktail at Ninth Door.
Sunday was my favorite. Bri cooked an amazing meal of french toast and fresh fruit and then we played the Bowl Game! It was sooo fun! (plus my team won). The weather was absolutely beautiful and sitting in the sun sharing memories with my exceptional family was such a blessing.
Hopefully the next time you will here about the Stob/Cryer clan, we will be relaxing on their Yacht!
p.s. all of the really cool pictures below were taken by Christina. She recently started photography classes and is soo good!
